Return and Refund Policy

At Luxi Gift Co., we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality gift boxes that bring joy and satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Standard Gift Boxes

- Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for standard gift boxes.
- Condition: The items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. Edible/consumable items are not eligible for returns/refunds.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at luxi@luxigiftco.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- Approval: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error).

Customizable Items

- Non-Returnable: Customizable items, including personalized gift boxes, are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their unique nature. We encourage you to double-check all customization details before finalizing your order.
- Exceptions: If there is an error on our part (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong item, or damaged product), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to correct the issue, either by replacing the item or offering a refund.
- Approval Process: For any issues with customizable items, please provide a detailed description of the problem along with photos of the item. Our customer service team will review your case and determine the appropriate solution.

Exchanges

- Standard Gift Boxes: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at luxi@luxigiftco.com.
- Customizable Items: Customizable items are not eligible for exchanges unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Gifts

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped/delivered directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return upon inspection and approval. Once the returned item is received, a credit for the full amount less shipping and taxes will be emailed to you.

Shipping Policy

At Luxi Gift Co., we strive to deliver your gift boxes with care and efficiency. Below is our shipping policy outlining our processes for both standard and customizable items.

Shipping/Delivery Process

Order Processing Time

- Standard Gift Boxes: Orders are typically processed and shipped/delivered within 1-3 business days. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 business days.
- Customizable Items: Due to the personalized nature of customizable items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipping/delivering. This timeframe allows us to ensure the highest quality in customization.

Shipping/Delivery Methods & Times

-Local Shipping: We deliver to Penticton, Naramata, Summerland, OK Falls, and Oliver. Delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date it is placed.
- Domestic Shipping: We offer several shipping options, including Standard (3-7 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days), and Express (1-2 business days). Shipping times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not from the date it is placed.
- International Shipping: At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada.

Shipping/Delivery Costs

- Standard Gift Boxes: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package, the destination, and the selected shipping method. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Delivery costs to specific locations will be determined and displayed at checkout.
- Customizable Items: Due to additional handling, customizable items may incur higher shipping costs. These will also be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
- If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team at luxi@luxigiftco.com.
-For delivery, you will be sent an email when your order is heading out for delivery. Your delivery will be left at the address provided and a photo will be taken if the order is not directly handed to a human. Please email us at luxi@luxigiftco.com to obtain the photo.
